APH: Flagellation

That is beating the body with the use of whips, lashes, rods, sjambok, etc. People thought my sawing painting was too much, so here is something not so ovely awful.

This action was preformed for varied reasons such as punishment, a tough test, disipline, self harm and all that. It was also a torture method. One differ from this to all my other torture pictures are that this one does not kill but it does bloody hurt and you get scars. 

The reason for chosing Liet as the victim is because it is canon (heavily implied it was done by Russia)
